We are looking to recruit an ambitious and highly professional;
Project Manager (ideally with rail experience)
who wants to develop a long-term career in our business.
Reporting to the Contracts Director the dynamics for this role include:
• Management, monitoring and control of all demolition work on the Birmingham Gateway project at New Street, Birmingham
• Programming work and resources to deliver project objectives
• Procuring and managing sub-contractors
• Reporting on project progress against plan
• Managing site managers \ supervisors activity to deliver project objectives
• Client, contractor and public liaison
• Staff training and development
• Delivering safety, health, environmental and quality KPI’s
Ideal applicants will have 10 years relevant project management experience in the construction, civil engineering or railway sectors.
You will be trustworthy, able to demonstrate good leadership, be a competent people manager and have the ability to work well in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Demolition experience is not essential but preferable.
The salary and benefits package for these roles are negotiable to attract the best candidates.
