We are looking to recruit ambitious and highly professional SHEQ Manager who wants to develop a long-term career in our business.
Reporting to the Contracts & Safety Director the role dynamics for these roles include:
• Working with the pre-contract team on tender submissions
• Working with the contracts team to document CPHSP and Method Statements
• Undertaking site inspections and accident investigations
• Co-ordinating staff training and development
• Management, monitoring and control of legal compliance
• Maintaining our BSI (9001:2008, 14001:2004 & 18001:2007) and Achilles ( Link-up, Building Confidence & UVDB) accreditations
Ideal applicants will have construction sector experience, a minimum of NEBOSH general and construction and an ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment. Preference will be given to candidates that have some demolition experience and have achieved or are working towards CMIOSH. The salary and benefits package for these roles are negotiable.
