Bronze national award for the Demolition of Alma & Leys Court presented to Mark Carless (at the time a Site Manager) for Coleman & Company

Considerate Constructors Comments:

“This project involved the demolition of two residential tower blocks and site clearance. The boundaries of the site closely adjoined houses, factories, a public house, a junior and infants school, connected access parking and public highways.

In view of the client, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, the successful completion of the project was due as a result of the professionalism and technical competence displayed by Coleman & Company in planning and carrying out the work to minimise disruption and inconvenience, and also as a result of the sympathetic and considerate way the company recognised and responded to the concerns and interests of the local community”.
