A tribute, which came as a surprise for the Directors of Coleman & Company, and suspect in some small way they felt rewarded for all that they had invested into their employees was the award - The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for, for which the Company received 13th place in the West Midlands. The award was recognition for Coleman & Company’s continued investment and consideration of its workforce.
