Sandwell MBC and Coleman & Company demolition partnership is a £16million, four year contract to carry out demolition throughout Sandwell. A joint strategic management structure ensures continuous improvement in demolition, safety and recycling supported by research and development.

The contract started in April 2005 and can be extended to five years; it followed a successful two year pilot in which arrangements for demolition partnership work were jointly developed by Sandwell MBC Engineers and Coleman & Company Managers.

With 17 projects on site and 46 more completed on time and in budget there have been clear improvement in client satisfaction, recycling and working methods.
