The trust that is given to us by a client to protect their brand integrity, when we undertake a project, shapes so much of what we do day to day and drives continuous improvement through our business because of the mutual dependency that exists between our Health, Safety and Environmental performance, positive community engagement and the long-term job security we strive to provide for our employees and the people in our supply chain who also rely upon us.

We are a progressive Company offering a wide variety of job opportunities, within our diverse business. In 2008 we set ourselves the target of providing work experience, training and apprenticeships for local people as a way into work. Together with local schools, colleges, universities and parents we now provide work experience opportunities from anything between a week and a year.

We have also benefitted from working with agencies representing the long-term unemployed and we have benefitted from the pre-employment training they undertake to give people employability skills. This partnership approach has resulted in 5% of our workforce being derived from this sector in 2011.
